Sabol Law PLLC provides effective, professional, and accessible legal representation that our clients can trust. The firm serves clients in Austin and throughout Central Texas (including Travis and Williamson Counties). The firm focuses on the areas of Estate Administration, Wills, Trusts, and Tax Planning. We value our client relationships and work with individuals and families to achieve their goals.
Our approach to estate planning and probate is compassionate, practical, and client-focused. The firm strives to make each client feel engaged in and empowered by the estate planning process, no matter the degree of complexity of your financial and family situation.
WORKING WITH THE FIRM
Sabol Law PLLC operates with the client in mind with every interaction. The attorney can make house calls, meet via Zoom or telephone, or schedule a meeting at our office in Cedar Park.
Your representation will begin with an initial phone or video consultation at no charge. This conversation is limited to learning more about your needs to determine if the firm is a suitable match for you and your family. Afterward, we will schedule an in-depth planning meeting to discuss specifics about your needs and collect detailed information from you. This planning meeting will be included as part of the fees collected for the attorney’s work.
The firm offers a variety of pricing models, depending on the scope and complexity of the work required. For estate planning clients, flat-fee and hourly billing arrangements are available. For other projects, the attorney’s services will be billed an hourly rate plus expenses. Under the code of conduct governing lawyers, all fees are determined by the time required to complete a task and the value the attorney brings to your matter. The firm’s goal is to make the cost of attorney services transparent and predictable and will be discussed in your initial consultation.
Meet Elizabeth
Elizabeth established the firm in 2021 to serve her clients with a personalized touch and to represent each with the knowledge and care their matters deserve. She enjoys getting to know her clients and approaches her work in a friendly and helpful manner.
Elizabeth holds a a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.S in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas. Prior to forming Sabol Law PLLC, she worked at Osborne, Helman, Knebel & Scott in Austin, focusing on probate, estate planning, guardianship, and charitable giving matters. Before law school, she worked for several years in public accounting, where she focused on passthrough taxation for small and medium enterprises and their owners. She also has worked in the U.S. headquarters of a European conglomerate, where she was responsible for tax compliance and reporting for U.S. subsidiary operations.
Elizabeth lives in Cedar Park with her husband, Ian. In her downtime, she loves travelling as much as she can, getting outside, and spoiling her pets.
